Ultra Roadside Assistance Privacy Statement, Version 070707
- Ultra Tune Australia Pty Ltd (UTA) and AP Fleet Management Pty Ltd (AP Fleet) and all authorized Ultra Tune Auto Service Centre franchises of UTA, (all entities combined here are known as Ultra Tune,) respect your privacy. Ultra Tune will use any personal information that you provide to us in order to provide your roadside assistance service. The personal information you provide Ultra Tune is also used to administer your rights and Ultra Tune’s rights and obligations relating to the provision of roadside services and in relation to any claims.
- Further, your personal information will be disclosed to any third parties involved in the above process. Third parties include entities such as roadside towing providers, car manufacturers, claims handlers, other roadside assistance service providers, emergency & health providers (collectively, our agents) and your own agents. Whenever such personal information is disclosed to third parties, such disclosure will be limited only to allow effective communication in regard to the specific purpose for which it was provided to us.
- In instances where you provide us with personal information about other individuals, Ultra Tune and its agents will accept this information on the basis that you have duly informed those individuals that you have or will provide us and our agents with the information and that you have or will inform them of the purpose for which the information is given and the type of parties to whom the information and how they will receive and/or access that information.
- You must only provide us with other individuals’ personal information where you have previously received their consent to the use of the information especially if the information is sensitive in nature. We require you to inform us prior to disclosing such sensitive information where the other individuals have already not provided their consent.
- Contact you local Ultra Tune is any instance where you would like to access and correct your personal information.
- In any instance where you do not agree to provide us with any necessary personal information as described above, we may not be in a position to offer Roadside services to you and, any applications submitted to receive Roadside Assistance may be rejected.
