Ultra Roadside PHONE ASSIST
 Ultra Roadside "PHONE ASSIST" is FREE and valid for 12 months from the date of your next qualifying service at Ultra Tune. PHONE ASSIST is there to help you find a solution to any breakdown situation you may have. (When requested we will assist you to arrange roadside recovery or towing, at your expense.)
If you are an Ultra Tune Roadside Policy holder and you need to phone for roadside assistance, dial: 1800 069 459, service available 24 hours per day. (Please, do not use this number for general service enquiries, instead call your nearest Ultra Tune Centre).
PHONE ASSIST is available to all vehicles regardless of age or distance travelled. The vehicle must however be less than 2.5 tonne in weight, and be less than 5.5 metres in length. (Any roadside recovery or on-site services, where required, are provided on a user pays basis.)
- Vehicles under 16 years of age may qualify for a FREE 12 month Ultra Roadside “TOW ASSIST”. Click here for further details
- Your vehicle may qualify for Ultra Roadside STANDARD ASSIST or PREMIUM ASSIST. These services are available for purchase and are valid for a full 12 months. Click here for further details
This service applies to the specific vehicle as described on the Ultra Tune service invoice and so is available to any authorized driver who is driving the car at the time that PHONE ASSIST is required.
