Ultra Roadside TOW ASSIST
 Ultra Roadside "TOW ASSIST" is FREE and valid for 6 months from the date you next have your car serviced at Ultra Tune. TOW ASSIST is a Roadside Assistance service designed to get the vehicle back to your ISSUING Ultra Tune Auto Service Centre in the event of a breakdown.
Benefits include:
- All the benefits of PHONE ASSIST;
- PLUS, where required, one (1) tow back to your ISSUING Ultra Tune Centre for a breakdown within the Service Limits.
- PLUS up to two (2) Jump starts for flat battery situation within the Service Limits.
“TOW ASSIST” is available to vehicles less than eight (8) years of age and that have travelled less than 150,000 km. The vehicle must be less than 2.5 tonne (Gross Vehicle Mass) and be less than 5.5 metres in length. Includes one free tow within the service limits back to your ISSUING Ultra Tune Centre and two flat battery jump starts within the service limits
Note:
- Vehicles over the age of 8 years of age or that have travelled in excess of 150,000 kms may qualify for FREE 6 months Ultra Roadside “PHONE ASSIST”. Click here for further details.
- Your vehicle may qualify for Ultra Roadside PREMIUM ASSIST. This service is available for purchase and is valid for a full 12 months. Click here for further Details.
This service applies only to the specific vehicle as described on the Ultra Tune qualifying service invoice and so is available to any authorized driver of your car at the time that TOW ASSIST is required.
Ultra Roadside PHONE ASSIST & TOW ASSIST is FREE as described in the Full Terms & Conditions and is there to help you find a solution to any breakdown situation you may have. (Where requested we will assist you to arrange assistance for Out of fuel, Flat tyre, Lock out or Key retrieval services and any other call-out purposes, we will assist you to obtain these services at your expense.)
