Qualifying vehicles* that have a routine menu service of any value or any repair work from $150 or more at any Ultra Tune Service Centre, may receive a 12-month Tow Assist roadside assistance policy at no cost*. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for the full vehicle qualifying criteria and other conditions.
We will provide you with assistance for a flat battery, fitting a spare tyre, and emergency fuel*. Where we are not able to provide on-site assistance, we can arrange for your vehicle to be towed back to your local Ultra Tune Service Centre*.
Our roadside assistance service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so we’ll always be there to help when you need us. You can count on us!

Please be aware Ultra Roadside Assistance is NOT an emergency service.
If you are in an emergency situation, call “000”.
If we become aware or suspect that you or any other person is in a situation that required emergency assistance
(eg. fire, leaking fuel), we may contact the police or other emergency services without notice.
What if my vehicle does not qualify?
No worries! Our roadside assistance team can still assist you over the phone, and if requested arrange for a third-party service provider to attend at your location. Charges and service limitations will apply for any on-site service(s).

What’s NOT INCLUDED in our FREE Roadside Assistance service
- Any servicing or vehicle repairs
- The cost of ferry/barge crossings and road toll charges
- The cost of towing/vehicle recovery where tow/vehicle recovery is not the result of a vehicle breakdown situation as described in this document
- Any vehicle lock-out or lost key situation
- Any vehicle storage charges incurred when you are using our services
- Labour or parts provided at any service centre to which the vehicle is taken
- Towing or recovery service following any incident normally covered by a policy of motor insurance
- A callout to attend or tow the vehicle from a workshop where the vehicle is immobile and undergoing or awaiting repairs of any type.
