If your vehicle does not qualify for Ultra Tune Roadside Assistance you can still call us. We provide assistance over the telephone to the best of our abilities or if requested we can refer a third-party service provider for on-site assistance.
We will:
- ask you for some basic information about your location, contact details, and the breakdown fault/symptoms you are experiencing; and
- introduce a suitable third-party service provided to you and their contact details or request the third-party service provider to call you directly.
The third-party service provider will then contact you directly about any assistance you require and provide you with an estimated cost for them to attend your location.
You are under NO OBLIGATION to engage with or accept the services of the third-party service provider.
However, if you do engage or accept the services of the third-party service provider, any agreements for those services are between the third-party service provider and yourself directly. You are responsible to pay all fees and charges to the third-party service provider. We are not a party to that agreement and do not provide any warranty guarantee or liability in respect of any service(s) provided by the third-party service provider.
